Basically I've always been a size 8-8.5. All of a sudden, about a month ago, my foot shrinks length-wise to a 7.5.
Except I now need extra super ultra wide shoes. My circulation to my feet gets cut off even when I loosely tie my shoe laces. I have to wrestle the shoes on my feet. Everything's too tight no matter how I adjust it. It's miserable.
But length-wise, my feet fit in size 7.5 and are swimming in 8s.
Should I just get size 8 shoes and figure out one of those weird lacing techniques? Is there a way I can return my feet to their previous size?
