COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Hudson Valley Community College launched its Aeronautical Technical Institute on Monday. The institute is located at Albany International Airport.
It helps students who are interested in careers in the aviation industry. The program is expected to start in the fall.
Officials said these types of programs are needed at schools all across the country. The first class of students will be limited to 10 students.
