Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called a meeting of all AAP MLAs on Sunday, party sources said. The meeting will be held at the Chief Minister's residence in Civil Lines, they said. "It is a key meeting and will also see discussions on the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi on May 25," a party source said. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor was granted interim bail till June 1 by the Supreme Court on Friday in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam. He will have to surrender and go back to prison on June 2.

AAP Supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said that all opposition leaders, including his West Bengal counterpart Mamata Banerjee, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and RJD leader Tejashvi Yadav, will be put behind the bars if the BJP wins the Lok Sabha polls. CM Kejriwal was addressing his party workers at the AAP headquarters here, where he asserted the BJP will not return to power and said the INDIA bloc will form the government on June 4.

Prime Minister Modi on Saturday claimed that Congress will not win even 50 seats in the Lok Sabha elections and will not be able to get opposition party status after the polls.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is set to visit the Hanuman Temple at Connaught Place today a day after he walked out of Tihar Jail after being granted interim bail by the Supreme Court. The Delhi CM is also expected to speak with the media at the Aam Aadmi Party office in Delhi.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Friday demanded that the BJP sack former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh after a Delhi court ordered framing of sexual harassment and other charges against him. The senior Congress leader  also demanded the Lok Sabha ticket given to his son be withdrawn. He slammed the BJP for rewarding the former WFI Chief by giving a ticket to his son Karan Bhushan Singh.

Afghanistan flood toll rises to 153

The death toll from devastating flash floods in northern Afghanistan has risen to 153 people across three provinces, the Taliban's interior ministry said on Saturday.At least 138 people have also been injured in the flooding across northern Baghlan, Takhar and Badakhshan, caused by heavy rains on Friday, ministry spokesman Abdul Mateen Qaniee told Reuters.Taliban authorities sent helicopters to try to assist civilians overnight after receiving reports that over 100 people were stranded.

Delhi CM Kejriwal to hold meeting with AAP leaders on Sunday

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called a meeting of all AAP MLAs on Sunday, party sources said.
 
The meeting will be held at the Chief Minister's residence in Civil Lines, they said.

He also accused Kejriwal of "crushing" the Constitution by not resigning from his post despite being in jail pending trial on serious charges in the liquor excise policy case.
 
Thakur said people of the country have seen his alleged corruption and will not support him anymore as he stands exposed before them now.
