Password reset every time I switch from WiFi to mobile data

Access

So for the past few days I keep having to reset my password and didn’t figure it out until yesterday that it’s because my phone changes from WiFi and cellular data. Now it’s telling me I’ve reached my limit on resets.

How to I stop this from happening? I’ve done some googling and can’t seem to find anything around the same issue. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that does nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.
