10-Cent Beer Night: A look back

On June 4th, we will mark the 50th Anniversary of an event known as "10-cent Beer Night." Our beloved Indians weren't winning enough to get some fans to the Old Stadium so this promotion was done in reaction to a smug comment from Texas Rangers Manager Billy Martin.

It was a historic day, but not for the right reasons. For more, check out the video that contains the story narrated by Bob Golic, and many sets of eyes that were in attendance as workers, players, and fans. Any comments related to the event are welcomed & encouraged!!
