We had a wonderful dining experience at Run , Chinese restaurant at St. Regis hotel. One of my friend came back from Canada and we decided to introduce this well known Michellin 2 stars restaurant to our friend.
While we step in into the hotel, the special aroma made us feeling so relaxing even we are in such busy city.
The decoration of Run gives you a feeling of ancient Chinese arts culture, however, Chef Hung' always surpised you with an unforgettable dinning experience. The foods quality and the wonderful presentation is really an arts
Last but not least, the service they provided is the top in town. Give you a sense of coming back home for dinning. So relax and comfortable.
We definitely will come back.

The best meal I had on this visit to HK was at Run Chinese Restaurant. I ordered the Vegetarian set dinner menu - each dish a contrast in flavors and beautifully presented. The final course of braised E-fu noodles with wild mushrooms and Back Truffle was a killer. The staff kindly presented each course in great detail. Well deserving of its two Michelin stars....

Chef Hung's food is stylish and tasty, while elegant and skillfully presented. We definitely become fans of his food!
