Passenger stabs 3 on Mumbai-bound train, coach cleaner dead

BELAGAVI: A coach cleaner died of stab wounds, while a ticket examiner & a passenger were injured in an unprovoked attack on a sleeper coach of Puducherry-Dadar Express Thursday. The attacker is absconding.
Railway sources said the attack took place on at around 5pm when a masked passenger was asked to show his ticket. The passenger got angry, pulled out a knife and attacked the three.The housekeeping staff, Devarshi Verma, was stabbed in the chest, and later succumbed.
