I remember watching this movie on CD with my sister where in these few major scenes we reminisce on the guy fought a hundred (more or less) people in the rain and the other scene we think about is one with a decapitated head in a bowling ball bag.
It was an action type movie with similar dark vibes like Man from nowhere and the actor in the show looked to have possibly been of asian descent.
Any ideas for what this show might be are welcome.

The bowling bag with a head in it sounds like Found (2012)
But it doesn’t sound like the other scene would match that movie. Could you potentially bring combining movie scenes?
I might be because this was over a decade ago I watched it but the same actor was present in both scenes.

The fight in the rain sounds like it's from The Matrix Revolutions, but the bowling ball bag with a head in sounds similar to "Mystery Men".
