Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez emerged victorious from his fight against Jaime Munguia on Saturday May 4, with the boxer from Guadalajara defeating his opponent by unanimous decision in 12 rounds in the ring of the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

After the fight, Alvarez held a lavish celebration party where he shared his joy with his family and close friends. It seems that the celebrations have continued, now on a holiday in one of the paradises of the Mexican Pacific Ocean: The coast of Nayarit.

Canelo knows how to enjoy his holidays

Through their social media, Canelo and his wife Fernanda Gomez have shown off what they are getting up to on their holiday.

It was with some videos on his Instagram stories that Alvarez showed that he was in Nayarit. Specifically, he has chosen a private community called 'Nauka'.

What is Nauka, Canelo Alvarez's holiday spot?

The Nauka website describes this paradisiacal destination as a private club at the "intersection of nature, adventure, gastronomy and culture".

The exclusive site features golfing grounds, a marina and a yacht club. In addition, there is Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve located on the Riviera Nayarit, on Mexico's Pacific Ocean side.

Who accompanied Canelo on his holiday?

Alvarez has not shared images of his face or the people who are with him on his grand holiday. However, one of those who could not miss the paradise of Nayarit is his wife Fernanda Gomez, who always appears by his side in sporting events, show business and his day-to-day life.

When is the Jalisco native's next fight?

Although it hasn't even been a week since Alvarez defeated Munguia, there is already talk of his next fight. Reports have suggested that he could face Terence Crawford in December in Saudi Arabia.

It was also revealed that there could be a showdown between the tapatio and David Benavidez. However, for Canelo to agree to step into the ring against the Mexican American, they would have to give him at least 200 million dollars.
