I mean, it's a wasp; beyond that, it's a bit hard to say. There are so many wasps. It looks a little like a paper wasp, but they usually have dark brown, bronze or red markings in with the black. If they keep showing up inside your house, you may have a situation where they have a nest inside a wall of the house and one of the exits opens on the inside of the house. Or else they have a nest outside near one of the doors and they sneak in when you open the door. Wish I had better news for you.
