“I’ve been playing for two years and never had any injury like this and I never felt that how difficult I could be after an injury. But it really hurts, it happened to me for the first time. I would like to thank my franchise, I don’t think any other team would’ve backed me this much because missing ten games for your team is really difficult and many start searching for replacements. All thanks to the KKR team and staff who trusted me to make a comeback after so many games and helped me make that impact,” said Nitish in a video shared by IPL.
