2 people can move it (I am 140 lbs, I am far from being a muscle guy...).

..

I got the Monoprice Heavy Duty XL Full-Motion Articulating Extra Long Reach TV Wall Mount Bracket for TVs 60in to 110in, Max Weight 275 lbs. I bought it on Amazon. With a 275 lbs I have peace of mind.

We'll see. I am not too scared, I am in Québec so I have the legal warranty. If it breaks in 4 years, I'll use the legal warranty and it'll be an opportunity to buy something even better if Bestbuy doesn't want to fix it (they probably won't be able to anyway). The technology is moving fast at this size and the price is going down. ~6 months ago (before black friday) the regular price for this TV was $6000. It is now $3500 (I assume it is a permanent price drop but I could be wrong). The second cheapest option at that time for this size was a Samsung for $9000 (and that was including a rebate) so I was not interested to pay that amount of money (and Samsung is a no go for me, no way I would buy a TV now that doesn't support Dolby Vision, it is more widely adopted than HDR10+, eventually Samsung will have to pay Dolby to support it).

I can't imagine the quality and price in 4 years.

Tough call between this and an equivalent 4K projector.

Once again, it would make a great sports bar TV (I repeat myself).
I aim to be inclusive and considerate of others in my posts. If I fall short of that mark, feel free to let me know in good faith, and where appropriate, I'll edit my posts. Thank you.

It's perfect for an open concept home. You can watch it from your crapper throne all the way to the family room.

I'm waiting for a 77" c3 and putting it in a 13x28 family room. I can't even imagine what a 98 would look like in there.

Maybe for people who have basement theater rooms.
