Dear St. Mary Families,
EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!
We are wicked excited to share some information about changes to our summer youth program. This summer TOTUS TUUS, Latin for “Totally Yours”, a parish mission for youth, is coming to Lancaster for the week of July 14 – 19. We will be teaming up with St. Bernadette. The parish mission for the youth will take place on St. Bernadette’s campus.
Totus Tuus is for children and teens entering grades 1-12. Children going into grades 1 – 6 next fall are invited to participate in the Day Program: Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day for catechesis, games, Mass, songs, Reconciliation, and a chance to build a stronger relationship with Christ. Teens entering grades 7 – 12 are invited to come to the Evening Program: Sunday – Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for catechesis, games, Adoration, Reconciliation, and a chance to continue building a stronger relationship with Christ.
The mission is led by a team of young adults who are on fire for our faith and share that faith with the whole parish throughout their time with us for TOTUS TUUS.
A variety of volunteer roles for youth and adults are available, too. TOTUS TUUS combines catechesis and having FUN! We hope to see you and your family there!!!
