That's awesome! What did you make the shingles out of?
I got a few shingles from a local roofer, painted them black, and then cut them into 2"x2" squares. I just stapled them in place.
I like it, but I can't have my neighbors seeing what I read. Books on aliens, remote viewing, and conspiracies might have them thinking I'm a dangerous weirdo.

We got people to donate books so there is a good mix - I read sci Fi and my wife is all murder mysteries so it would be an interesting combo if we filled it only with ours as well.

I made one that matched my house as well - but my wife was afraid of the foot traffic, so it sits in the garage housing my tool instruction manuals...

Ours has only been up about 2 days but I have seen Amazon and UPS delivery drivers use it the most thus far which I was not expecting. May change when it is added to the registry online.
