  • An impressive Eiffel Tower build in survival mode wows the Minecraft community, showcasing dedication and attention to detail.
  • The player's use of resources and the challenges added by playing in survival mode add to the awe of towering, accurate recreation of iconic landmark.
  • High-fidelity shaders enhanced the realism of the build, which left viewers hoping that they will get to see the player's future creations in Minecraft.

The Minecraft community is no stranger to massive, sprawling builds and recreations of real-life architecture, but one player has gone above and beyond by recreating the Eiffel Tower entirely in survival mode. This means they built it while dealing with Minecraft's mobs, hunger and health meters, day/night cycle, and needing to gather their own resources.

The player's build is massive and likely to impress even if it were built in creative mode, thanks to how details and accurate it is, but the fact they did it all in survival, while having to manage their resources, makes it all the more impressive. Towering over the nearby landscape, the Minecraft Eiffel Tower nearly reaches the clouds and appears to have used thousands of blocks to put together.

Minecraft Fan Builds Incredible Elytra Racecourse

A Minecraft player builds an incredible Elytra racecourse that goes across land, sea, and sky to test their maneuverability while flying.

Reddit user u/hibreck posted the build to the r/Minecraft subreddit, where they shared several images of the tower from various perspectives and revealed that they built it for their girlfriend in their survival mode world. The images show off just how high the tower is and some of its more intricate details, like its brownish-orange hue thanks to the acacia wood and copper they seemingly used to build it, along with some of the landscape surrounding it.

A Dedicated Minecraft Player Can Make Anything

Screenshots of the build also show off some of the other builds present in their world, such as what appears to be a large flying saucer and a massive Minecraft mob farm, all of which were evidently done in survival mode. Commenters were quick to point out these details and praise the player for their dedication to gathering enough wood and copper to build something so massive.

The user's images also show off some of the high-fidelity shaders the player has installed, which are typically meant to give the game a more "realistic" appearance, which can make Minecraft builds like this stand out that much more. According to the player, the build was made using a blueprint, though it is unclear if they made the plans themselves or found it on the internet to use as a guide.

Regardless of how it was done, the amount of effort that went into the build was seemingly immense, which led some to suggest that the player should expand on the build, perhaps with a replica of the city of Paris around it. Judging by the other builds in their world as shown in their images, it seems likely that they will continue to create similar structures in the future and may share their future Minecraft achievements with the world.
