An attack against the backdrop of settling scores?

The events took place in Brive, this Thursday, May 16, indicates the prosecution, without wanting to give more details on the exact location of the attack, the case involving several minors.

The three accused are accused of having kicked and punched the victim all over the body, resulting in two days of ITT (temporary total incapacity) for the teenager.

Arrested by the police on Friday afternoon, May 17, the three young men explained this beating during their custody by violence committed by the victim on one of his three attackers, a few days earlier.

If the motivations for this first altercation are unclear, there is, however, little doubt about the involvement of the three accused since one of them filmed the scene with a telephone, specifies the Brive prosecutor’s office.

One of the two minors placed in detention

The oldest of the three will be tried in immediate appearance this Wednesday, May 22. As for the two minors, one of them was placed in detention; the other in a closed educational center. They will both be judged at a hearing at the Brive children’s court on June 3.
