Yoga teacher switches her usual campsite classroom for renowned London stage

A yoga teacher from Norfolk has been selected to teach at a prestigious event in London.

Sarah Ann Hughes-Wade has eight years of experience teaching yoga and usually takes her classes from The Yoga Yurt studio which is nestled within her own campsite in Wendling, near Dereham.

She also often hosts retreats in both Norfolk and Mallorca.

But this year she has been selected to take to a much larger stage for Europe's largest yoga event - The Om Yoga Show.

The show, which is in its 19th year, will run from October 18 to October 20 at the capital's Alexandra Palace.

It will offer more than 120 classes and 200 exhibitions for yoga fans far and wide.

Ms Hughes-Wade said: "I am honoured and excited to be part of the Om Yoga Show 2024.

"This event embodies the spirit of unity, mindfulness and self-discovery that are at the heart of yoga.

"I look forward to sharing my knowledge and practice with fellow enthusiasts and contributing to this vibrant community gathering."
