7 contestants revealed for Miss BVI Pageant 2024 in July

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Under the theme Brunch in Bloom, the contestants for the Miss BVI Pageant 2024 were revealed at Queen Elizabeth II Park on Sunday, May 12, 2024.

The 7 contest for the pageant being held as part of the 70th Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival are Donyelle D. Hodge, Neria S.R. Griffith, Akesha K. Roberts, Shanta L. Conner, Adacia R. Adonis, Circe A. O’Neal and Stacy-ann J. Bobb.

Among the persons at The Reveal was Miss BVI 1981 and Jr Minister for Culture and Tourism Hon Luce D. Hodge-Smith (R4).

The Miss British Virgin Islands Pageant will be held at Multi-Purpose Sports Complex on July 21, 2024.

      Don’t make this a fashion show like last year’s attempt to do so.

      Let people wear what they want to support their favourite contestant.

      Makes no sense sitting in bleachers dirtying your outfit.

      We know this pageant doesn’t have the license to send contestants to Miss Universe so I hope it’s not just getting a set of women to run just because it’s the 70th only for it to turn out to be a hot mess of a show.

        WHAT! Even before I could open my eyes properly, I was attending Miss BVI. It's a SHOW! Please dress accordingly or stay home. Give the ladies your best wishes and stop being a total dweeb.

      Why? Because they have lighter skin than the others? They unfortunately cannot form a proper sentence judging from last night. Did you listen to them introduce themselves? They both have a lot of catching up to do before the show

      I see you looking at the light-skinned ones, but all the ladies are beautiful. I love to see my caramel, cocoa, roast and plum-skinned women. Let's not promote colorism - they are all gorgeously made!
