About
The meaning of "NABURA"・・・ "NABURA" is a school of fish like sardines, and undulates the surface of the water like boiled. Under "NABURA" there is a flock of bonitos that chased the bait. Here in Kuroshio Town Saga, we call the flock of bonito itself "NABURA". I wished this road station to be a place where many people gather, and gave this name to the station. The roadside station “Nabura Tosa Saga" is positioned at the gateway to the west of Kochi prefecture. You can get souvenirs of Kuroshio Town and west part of Kochi from season to season. At “Nabura Tosa Saga" road station, you can enjoy the demonstration of Katsuo no tataki (bonito straw-grilling) cooking, and, of course, you can taste it. Also, you will be happy to look for special souvenirs. Please drop in when you are traveling to Kochi. We are looking forward to you visiting our station.

高知市内のホテルから四万十へ行く途中に立ち寄りました！目的は明神丸での朝ごはん！塩たたき！！

道の駅なぶら土佐佐賀（みちのえきなぶらとささが）は、高知県幡多郡黒潮町佐賀（こうちけんはたぐんくろしおちょうさが）にある道の駅だ。
「なぶら」とは、大きな魚に追われて小魚がはねている様子のことを言う。
「ボイル」ともいい、鰹漁では獲物がいることをこれで見定める。
ナブラは、大物がいる証拠だからだ。
黒潮町佐賀は漁港の町。
特に鰹漁で栄えている。
この日は2020年2月11日の建国記念日。
自宅を車で出発し、道の駅なぶら土佐佐賀にやってきた。
駐車場はとても広い。
店に入ると、産直売り場。
右側がレストランだ。
俺は塩タタキ定食、ツレはタレタタキ定食を頼んだ。
注文ごとに、藁焼きしてくれる。
ここは明神丸が経営している。
明神丸は、日本一の鰹漁船だ。
ワラで焼くと水分が出ないので、ベチャベチャにならない。
結構な高さまで炎が上がる。
ニンニクをたっぷり乗せて頂く。
高知では昼からでもニンニクのニオイプンプンはあたりまえ（笑）
使っている塩は、地元の天日塩。
おなかいっぱいだ。
売店に立ち寄る。
新鮮な野菜がたくさん。
もちろん鰹のタタキも売っていた。
ここで珈琲を購入。
ウォーキングして飲んだ。
祝日の割に空いていて、むしろビックリ。
鰹の季節じゃないからかな？
でもおかげで、ゆっくりできた。

ワラ焼きが有名なので、食券を買いました。食券を買うと、厨房にオーダーされるシステムです。さほど待つことなく、出てきて、普通に美味しかったです。

昨年に続いて2度目の訪問。塩たたきの一切れ目を口に入れた時に広がる、そして藁の香ばしい香り新鮮さ。うまい、うますぎる…来年も行きたい…道の駅で外にテラス席があるので、夏でもペット連れで行けるのも嬉しい。最高です。

高知のひろめ市場でたべてましたが
今回、足摺岬の帰りに見つけて立ち寄りました
味はひろめ市場同様、臭みも無く美味しかった
タレと塩の両方を注文
注文が入ってからカツオを藁焼きが始まり
香ばしいタタキがきました
切り身が分厚く食べ応え十分
５切れ600円
注文は１０切れのタレと１０切れの塩
量が多いので
2人でフウフウ言いながら食べました
１０切れは1200円
明神水産の地元でカツオを食べると
地方でタタキを食べると臭みが気になるようになりました

折角高知へ来ても 美味しいカツオを思いっきり食べたいと思っていたところ この道の駅でバッチリ食べられ、オマケにお土産のカツオのタタキまで発送出来て 便利この上ありません。イートインのコーナーでは食券を買っての注文ですが、美味しい数種類のカツオのタタキ定食や丼がお手軽に食べられます。お土産コーナーでは 冷凍のカツオのタタキや刺身が買え、発送してくれます。

この日の私たちは、高知市から足摺岬をめざして車を走らせていました。その途中、黒潮町の道の駅なぶら土佐佐賀に立ち寄りました。
「なぶら」って何だろうと思っていたら、カツオなどの大型の魚がイワシなどの小型の魚を水面まで追いつめた結果、水面付近がばしゃばしゃすることを指す言葉なんだそうです。つまり、そこにはカツオの群れがいるという目印なんですね。つまり、カツオ船の基地だという土佐佐賀らしいネーミングなんです。
この道の駅に、カツオのたたきの有名店、明神丸が入っていました。高知市の明神丸が満席で入れなかった私たちは、もちろん、明神丸の塩たたきを味わいました。さすが明神丸。今回食べたカツオのたたきではＮＯ．1でした。

黒潮町の特産品がここで手に入ります。
カツオ製品が多いのはやはり地元ならではなのでしょう。
駐車場は広く、長旅の休憩には最適です。
早朝と夜間には営業していないのが残念です。
食堂ではカツオのたたき定食がお勧めですね。

以前は港の方へ入って行く所にお店があったのが、新しく道の駅として国道沿いにできたので便利になりました。この道の駅で食べる鰹の塩タタキ定食は美味しいのでお勧めです。
