Produced by Applause Entertainment and Edgestorm Ventures, the show delves into two contrasting facets of society: the power-hungry elite who believe they are above the law and the oppressed, who, after enduring years of suffering, take matters into their own hands to seek justice.
Season 1 of Undekhi, which was one of our top Hindi web shows in 2020, revolved around the mysterious death of a dancer at a wedding in Manali. The even led to a chain of events involving a murder investigation, political intrigue, and the exploitation of tribal communities by powerful individuals. The story unfolded through the perspectives of various characters, including the investigating officer, the witnesses, and the perpetrators.
On the other end, Season 2 of Undekhi wasn’t received well. In our review, we claimed that the web show did not convey the same kind of stakes and grit that the first season did.
