July 9 - July 11, 2024 - 8:00am-2:00pm
July 15 - July 18, 2024 - 8:00am-2:00pm
July 22 - July 26, 2024 - 8:00am-2:00pm
July 29, 2024 - 8:00am-12:00pm
***NOTE***: Due to the high volume of enrollments during summer registration, there may be at least a 48-hour enrollment processing time. Failure to complete registration prior to July 29, 2024 at 12:00pm may result in your student not being eligible to attend Open House. Please do not wait until the last day.
***Open House Tuesday, July 30th, 2024***
Elementary & Middle Schools: 10:30-11:30 AM, 1:30-2:30 PM, or 5:00-6:00 PM
High School: Freshman - 6:00-7:00 PM; Grades 10-12 - 3:30-4:30 PM
BCCCA: Monday, July 29th, 2024 4:30-6:00pm
NOTE: If you would like to pick up an enrollment packet to take home, they will be available for pick up on our patio starting June 1, 2024.
WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PRINT DIGITAL INFORMATION. YOU MUST BRING ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS LISTED BELOW, INCLUDING YOUR TWO PROOFS OF RESIDENCE, ALREADY PRINTED OUT. WE WILL MAKE COPIES AND RETURN YOUR ORIGINALS TO YOU.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF STUDENT REGISTRATION
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card or Objection to Use Waiver (Objection available at time of registration)
3. Parent or Legal Guardian Driver’s License or other Government Issued Identification. If you are not the parent, you may be required to provide legal custody or guardianship paperwork.
4. Two (2) Different Printed Proofs of Residency. Acceptable documents are:
-Home Ownership paperwork Water bill Cable Bill
-Current Lease/Rental Agreement + Electric Bill Trash Bill
-Hotel/Motel Receipt or Shelter Letter Gas Bill Internet Bill
NOTE: If you are living with someone else, you must submit a Notarized Affidavit of Residency, plus 2 printed proofs of residency in that person’s name. For your convenience, Notary services are available at Central Registration. Both parties must be present.
DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE PROVISIONED
5. Certificate of Immunization – GA Form 3231. Obtained from family physician or local health department.
Required within 30 days.
6. Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition – GA Form 3300. Obtained from family physician or local
health department. Required within 30 days.
DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE REQUESTED FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL
7. Previous School Records and/or Special Education Records, if applicable.
