Dakota Wesleyan announces Kevin Williamson as next head men’s basketball coach

Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell has announced the hiring of Kevin Williamson as the next DWU men’s basketball coach. Williamson comes to Mitchell after previously serving as head coach at the University of Saint Katherine, another NAIA school in San Marcos California. He has over 15 years of college coaching experience, including going 83-42 as the head coach at Saint Katherine. He replaces Matt Wilber who resigned from Dakota Wesleyan after this past basketball season to accept an assistant coaching position with the Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA.
