A man was caught on video going through the in-vehicle unit (IU) of different motorcycles parked at a carpark in Tech Whye.
In the video posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook, the man could be seen going from motorcycle to motorcycle.
After the first motorcycle, the man moved to other motorcycles and could be seen opening their IUs.
The voiceover in the video alleged that the man was "looking for cashcard".
It is unclear from the video if the man did take anything from the motorcycles.

After looking at all the motorcycles, the man walked away.
