As a prominent celebrity and fashion icon, Heart Evangelista inevitably attracts both admirers and detractors. Over time, she has grown accustomed to criticism. However, we agree that sometimes we can’t let some rude social media comments go unanswered.
So we perfectly understand why Heart just couldn't ignore one netizen's comment that probably hit a million times more painful than any comment against her. The comment read, "wala kasing anak."
Heart expressed her dismay through a TikTok video. She got really candid and straightforward with her reaction, slamming the rudeness of the netizen. "Napipikon ako sa'yo. [...] My dear, it's already 2024. I have lost four babies already. Don't give me this sh*t," she boldly said in the video.
To give context, Heart stated that the netizen wanted to point out that not having a child results in having youthful looks. "So, may nag-comment na, you're only pretty because you don't have a child."
In disbelief, Heart explained that her looks had nothing to do with her being childless. "Darling, nag-eeffort po akong magpaganda and I live a very grateful and peaceful life. It makes a big difference. Everyday po akong nagde-derma kaya ako fresh," Heart noted.
She concluded her video by saying, "TikTok ha. Hanapin niyo 'to. Tawagan niya si bungo." Heart's reaction video has reached 4 million views already on TikTok.

Heart Evangelista lost her fourth baby
Just a week ago, Heart announced she suffered another miscarriage, and expressed the pain of losing her fourth baby with her husband, Chiz Escudero. She shared the sad news exactly on Mother's Day.
She captioned her IG post, "A few days ago our baby boy's heart stopped beating this will be our 4th angel … and although this could be one of my biggest heartbreaks … thank YOU for still trying to be with me and for making me feel so much love already." In her Instagram post, she also revealed naming their son, Francisko.
Her announcement also empowered and empathized with other women, and mothers, who are going through the same struggles with Heart.
Earlier this year, Heart and Chiz celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in Balesin, the same location where they first tied the knot. Weeks after their vow renewal, Heart opened up about suffering her second miscarriage of their baby girl. The style icon has been actively trying to conceive through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
"I was really preparing for her. So I really thought I was going to have a baby at that time. I thought with everything we went through it was finally going to happen but it didn’t," she said in an interview with Boy Abunda.
She even revealed that she named her child, Sophia Heart, however, things did not go her way. Still, she was hopeful. "I named her Sophia Heart. I was very excited to have her but I’m blessed in so many other ways, how can I complain?"
It was in 2018 when Heart suffered her first miscarriage, losing her twins in two different stages of the pregnancy. She named one of her twins, Mira. "My Mira, funnily enough, I already loved your smile. I know you’ll find your way back to me," she said in a post.
