EEG, HK Ticketing (exclusive ticketing agent) and Cathay Shop (authorised agent for certain tickets redemption) will not guarantee the validity and the authenticity of any tickets purchased from any unauthorized sellers or third party platforms.

EEG, HK Ticketing and Cathay shall in no event be responsible for any refund of the purchased tickets or any loss suffered from such unauthorized purchase and sales activities. Please stay cautious and avoid unnecessarily loss.

In case of any individuals found to have purchased their tickets through unauthorised parties or any individuals holding any fake tickets or tickets that have been reported lost, admission may be refused to the person holding such ticket. EEG, HK Ticketing and Cathay shall in no event be responsible for any refund or loss suffered by any individuals.

In the meantime, in case of any refund arrangement due to cancellation/ postponement of the Concert, all face value of the tickets shall only be refunded to the ticket purchasers but not the ticket holders. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are much appreciated. We strongly urge audience to purchase/redeem tickets from authorised agents.

Seating Zone
  1. Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).
  2. All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
  3. For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.
Important Notice of Venue
  1. Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
  2. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  3. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser. Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
  4. For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  5. Age limit for Seated zone: 6 or above. Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  7. No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  8. No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  9. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
  10. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
  11. No standing on chairs.
  12. No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
  13. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  14. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  15. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  16. No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
  17. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  18. No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
  19. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  20. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  21. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  22. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

  5. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented for admission.
  6. To avoid delays in entering the venue and to ensure an enjoyable experience, all ticket purchasers are recommended to pick up their tickets at any HK Ticketing's outlets prior to the show day.
  7. Ticket holders are obliged to comply with the rules & regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, otherwise, may be denied entry to the venue without refund.
  8. This event is not eligible for K Dollar Rewards.
