WATCH: Aaron Rodgers, Garrett Wilson Connect at Start of Jets OTAs

The Aaron Rodgers to Garrett Wilson connection is alive and well for the New York Jets.

Aaron Rodgers and Garrett Wilson didn't get off to the hot start many were expecting of them when the two joined forces last season.

It appears that their connection hasn't taken any sort of hit recently, though.

With the New York Jets opening up the next phase of their offseason workouts, OTAs have officially begun in Florham Park. The Jets have hit the practice field and have actually begun to start competing against one another.

The latest video coming from the Jets social media team will be sure to excite many fans.

A couple of obvious things to note from the video:

First, Rodgers is back after tearing his Achilles and appears to have his usual accuracy back. The four-time NFL MVP has appeared in each of New York's offseason activities - a stark contrast to other quarterbacks his age after turning 40.

For Wilson, he's coming off his first two NFL years as a record-setter for New York. No receiver in Jets history has been able to record back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving years in his first two seasons. The fact that Wilson was able to accomplish that while playing with eight different starting quarterbacks during that span is beyond impressive.

Wilson is hoping Rodgers stays healthy enough to show how elite of a receiver he can be. At the very least, the early practice videos show a Jets team committed to improving on their 7-10 mark from last year.
