Rosina Robinson OBITUARY

Rosina Robinson VIRGINIA BEACH – Rosina Robinson of the 400 block of N. Witchduck Road, passed quietly and peacefully into eternal rest Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011 at her residence. She was a native of Princess Anne County and the daughter of the late James and Mary Joyner Baker. She was the widow of Raleigh Robinson Sr. Mrs. Robinson retired from the Virginia Beach Public School system and worshipped at the Salvation Army. She is survived by her children, Carolyn (Wayne) Jones, Goldwood (Jacqueline) Robinson, Raleigh (Tanya) Robinson Jr., Betty Petty and Mary (Elwood) Reed; Erma Lambert, Edward Baker, Dorothy Tillett and Lenora (Bobby) Williams. She was predeceased by sons, James Baker and Joseph Robinson. She will also be sorely missed by sisters, Margaret Woodhouse, Alma Brown, Florence Waters and Minnie (Irvin) Morris; 33 grandchildren, among them Kalisha Reed, Teryka Kimble, Tosha Billups and Janee Robinson and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held Friday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m. at the Salvation Army, 1516 Raby Road with the Rev. Dr. William Marcus Small officiating. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. A viewing will be Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. in Riddick Funeral Services.
