Tom Cruise's daughter Bella's life in Croydon after 'turning down his £342k-a-month penthouse'

Tom Cruise's daughter, Bella, has been living a surprisingly low-key life in Croydon, despite her parents' fame and fortune. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman were once one of the most high-profile couples globally, and their combined wealth is staggering.

However, their daughter Isabella Kidman Cruise, 29, chose a more modest lifestyle when she moved to London. She even reportedly declined her father's offer of a £342,000-a-month penthouse.

Bella has been residing in South London with her British husband Max Parker and their pet reptile for several years now. According to The Mirror, in 2020, Bella opted not to live in her father's luxurious London penthouse, choosing instead a quieter life away from the Hollywood spotlight.

Her Top Gun star father reportedly owns a property at the historic Corinthia Residences in the city, boasting four bedrooms, an indoor pool, and stunning views of the cityscape. This prime location is just a stone's throw away from 10 Downing Street, right in the heart of the city.

The Sun reports that Bella and her husband Max moved to Croydon in October 2017 to be closer to his parents. The couple had married two years earlier in 2015, a year after meeting through mutual friends.

A neighbour, Emma, said of Bella: "I wouldn't have known her if she'd come up and smacked me in the face. I don't keep up with celebrity culture."

They have a reptile of some kind - we can see the red light of the tank. That's all anybody seems to know.

She's very mysterious. I suppose she's decided to live out of the spotlight.

I don't know why she's chosen Croydon, poor child!"

Tom and Nicole adopted Bella in 1992, and then three years later they adopted her biological younger brother, Connor Cruise.
