CD Onda and UD Vall de Uxó have been named winners of the competition on the Estadio de la Cerámica pitch
CD Onda and UD Vall de Uxó have been proclaimed champions of the 3×3 Groguet Tournament in the U8 (pre-benjamin) and U10 (benjamin) groups, respectively, after an entertaining final, held on the pitch of the Estadio de la Cerámica during half-time of the match against Sevilla FC, corresponding to Matchday 35 of the 2023/24 EA Sports LALIGA season.
Before the league match, the Fan Zone at the Estadio de la Cerámica hosted the semi-finals of the competition in which Villarreal CF, Primer Toque CF, CF UE Ripollés, CF UE Ripollés, CD Tonín, CD Roda, CD Onda, CD Cabanes and CD Almazora took part in the U8s group; and UD Vall de Uxó, Primer Toque CF, EF Torre Pacheco, CF UE Ripollés, CD Tonín, La Vilavella CF, CD Albaidense and Academy 380 in the U10s group.
Of these, CD Roda and CD Onda (U8s) and UD Vall de Uxó and Academy 380º (U10s) were lucky enough to step into the shoes of the Submarine’s players and take to the pitch to play the final in front of the fans. In addition, the winners of the tournament will even enjoy a trip with the first team for themselves and a companion on one of the Submarine’s trips next season.
