That's strange as when the buyer doesn't collect the sale won't complete so there should be no feedback on either side. Have you received the item back and does the sale look like cancelled on the app?
Parcel was ready for collection on 3/05. 3 reminders sent by yodel. On 13/05 parcel expired. Sale was completed and funds released on 15/05. I wasn't even aware there was an issue. Just bam 1 star feedback today. I think the item is on its way back to me. Feels really unfair because they didn't even with me or vinted.
So something has gone wrong here as you shouldn't have received the payment if the buyer hasn't collected the item. And they shouldn't have been charged - this is why they're now unhappy. Either you or them need to raise this with Vinted and hope they will be able to sort it.
I got in touch with vinted I'm waiting for their reply. She doesn't seem interested in pursuing this at all. I wish she actually told me there was an issue or even contacted vinted rather than just leave negative feedback and move on.
