With over 100 years witnessing people get hitched from our historic property on Prestbury High Street, The Bridge knows a thing or two about tying the knot and keeping up with the latest trends! It seems like a single special day simply isn’t enough of a celebration nowadays, but we’ve got our loved up couples covered with our wedding long weekender package.

Settle In For Some Celebrating!

After driving through the idyllic Cheshire countryside, towards the venue that will host your big day, you’ll be greeted upon check-in by our incredible team, who will show you to your honeymoon suite. Once you’ve settled in, you’ll be provided with a map, some snacks and a bottle of fizz before heading out of The Bridge to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside, whether you choose to wander along the River Bollin hand in hand or an afternoon exploring the ancient sites of Alderley Edge.

Those Night Before Nerves

There’s nothing like spending time with your nearest and dearest to calm those night before nerves. That’s why we’ll have our intimate private dining space set up so you can enjoy a two course dinner in comfort and style, spending time with those who’ve supported you and your partner right up to this milestone moment. Each of your special guests will have chance to raise a toast, with half a bottle of wine each and two seasonal dishes from our menu, before heading to our boutique bedrooms to get a restful night of beauty sleep.

Tying the Knot

Getting your big day off to a great start goes oh so well with a glass of bubbly. Get ready in our designated glamour room, complete with bottles of fizz, jugs of fresh juice, a brunch grazing spread and glamour mirrors set out so you can make yourself up before the most memorable event of your life. Then, surrounded by friends and family, in the picturesque village of Prestbury, you’ll be saying ‘I Do’ safe in the knowledge that the celebrations are only just getting started. With the entire weekend ahead, your big day has only just to help you celebrate, our team will be focused on the finer details, ensuring your special day runs seamlessly.

The Morning After

After you’ve partied the night away, you might have a sore head, aching feet and a hunger to feed. The Bridge team will have assembled the ultimate hangover cure (and for some, hair of the dog) with a boozy bottomless brunch, to see your guests one final time and say thank you for celebrating your never-ending nuptials. The morning after is all about rest, relaxation and recovery. Think Bloody Marys and a full Bridge breakfast, a glass of prosecco and a stack of pancakes or our continental buffet and coffee.
