After many months of work, Inigo Onieva This Tuesday he opened the doors of his new restaurant in Madrid, ‘Casa Salesas’. As expected, the businessman had a long list of guests who attended the event, showing him all their support and affection on such a special night. The most important of all, his wife, Tamara Falcowho came radiant with a beautiful sky blue tailored suit from her TFP line for Pedro del Hierro (438 euros) and a splendid smile.

The Marchioness of Griñón has become her husband’s main support in this new professional journey, which Onieva shares with partners such as Manuel Campos Guallar and El Turronero.

His mother has not been missing either, Isabel Preyslerand his mother-in-law, Carolina Molasas well as his brothers-in-law, Iñigo’s brothers, Alejandra Onieva and Jaime.

Among those attending the event were also the couturier Lorenzo Caprilewho has arrived accompanied by Xandra Falcon, sister of Tamara. Also Cristina Vals Taberner, Albert Rivera, Christian de Hannover and Sassa de Osma, Álvaro Castillejo and Cristina Fernández or Andrea Levywho has arrived with the actress Macarena Gomez.

At the party, the guests tasted the creations of the Mabel Hospitality kitchen team, led by executive chef Juan Antonio Medina and David Rodríguez, who have created a menu with classics such as anchovies, croquettes or potato omelette, as well as salads, dishes of pasta and meats prepared on a grill in full view of diners. All this accompanied by live music, which gives a special touch to the establishment.

The restaurant, between Fernando VI and Regueros streets, promises to be a success. Íñigo does not lack experience in the business, since in addition to being the founder of Lula Club, he has also been a partner in other restaurants such as Tatel and Totó.
