On Sunday, May 12 at 7 p.m. ET, 64 college softball teams will learn where they will begin their quest for a national title. The 2024 NCAA Softball Championship Selection Show will air on ESPN2. On the heels of the conference championship games across the country, the NCAA Selection Committee will determine which 16 teams will host regionals and which national powers will have to face off beginning Thursday, May 16. Sixty-four teams will be divided into 16 regions as the NCAA gears up for the Road to the Women’s College World Series. On Sunday, May 12 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN2, the entire college softball world will find out who will be playing where, as they all hope to make it to Oklahoma City.

The regionals will run from Thursday, May 16 through Sunday, May 19. The four-team, double-elimination round-robins will result in 16 teams advancing to the two-team, best-of-three Super Regionals from Thursday, May 23 through Sunday, May 26. Finally, the eight super-regional champions will head to OKC to battle for the Women’s College World Series from Thursday, May 30 through Friday, June 7.
