Melanie and Santana only get 750 is a crime IMO

For Sha Na Na, the attention derived from their performance at Woodstock - and especially being included in the documentary "Woodstock" (1970) - was far more important than the $700 they had to share among the many group members. Supposedly, they were included in the Woodstock lineup and appeared just before Jimi Hendrix at his insistence.

I can't name any song by Richie Havens except him on the Woodstock movie just repeating "freedom" over and over, but it looks like he had a lot more popularity back then.

I still find it hilarious that Sha Na Na played Woodstock….

This is what tickets cost the consumers nowadays.

I wish I was born during the time when you could see acts at the top of their game for $10.
