When asked, Traffic ACP Jayant Dora said, “If someone drives a vehicle without a registration number or with a fancy number, we will seize it. The vehicle will be handed over to its owner, only when he produces the release order.”
“If an occupant shows documents as to why the vehicle doesn’t have a registration number, we will let him go. Otherwise, we will take stringent action against him. So I would like to request people not to drive vehicles without number plates or with a fancy number plate,” he added.
