CHESTER, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson College track & field team had four student-athletes compete in the 2024 Widener University Final Qualifier on Monday in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Ian Baughman (Oxford, Pa./Oxford Area) raced to a second place finish in the 400 Hurdles. Baughman logged a time of 53.14. Baughman sits in 22nd place in the 400 Hurdles among Division III competitors in the event.
Jadyn Hartner (Washington, Pa./Fort Cherry) posted a personal best time of 1:03.77 to place fourth in the 400 Hurdles.
Julian Paul (Pittsburgh, Pa./Montour) finished with a time of 1:54.72 in the 800 Meters. The time is a personal best for Paul.
Cassie Carr (Girard, Pa./Girard) amassed a time of 4:47.41 in the 1500 Meters.
W&J rounds out its Last Chance Meet schedule at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet on Thursday, May 16 in Alliance, Ohio.
