Police arrest eight juveniles after series of crimes in Towson, Parkville
Nine people are in custody, including eight juveniles, after a series of crimes in Baltimore County.Police said they identified three separate groups of teenagers responsible for recent crimes in the Towson and Parkville areas, including carjacking, robbery and burglary.Four juveniles were arrested in connection with a pair of armed carjackings on May 10, one in the 7700 block of Harford Road and another in the 1000 block of York Road. Those arrested include a 17-year-old female, a 13-year-old male, a 14-year-old female and a 15-year-old male. The 17-year-old was waived to adult court.Three teens were arrested for twice burglarizing a business at 1040 York Road on May 7 and May 11. The suspects are ages 16, 17 and 18.Police also arrested two 14-year-old males in connection with a robbery May 10 on an MTA bus in the area of York Road and Chesapeake Avenue.The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the incidents should contact Baltimore County police.
