MÖTLEY CRÜE’s NIKKI SIXX Reports Re-Arrest Of His Stalker For Violating Restraining Order

Nikki Sixx 955 Rock Station Interview

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx says that one of his stalkers has been rearrested for breaching a restraining order.

Sixx took to his social media to write: “Stalker one from Tennesee has been arrested (again) for breaking the restraining order (again) and is also being charged with resisting arrest. Been a hard month. Happy to be home with my family. Thank you to my legal team and the court system.”

This past February, Nikki mentioned that he and his wife, Courtney, were granted legal fees in an ongoing lawsuit concerning a woman accused of stalking them and their four-year-old daughter.

He wrote at the time: “People can’t do whatever they want when it comes to my family. It’s important to hold these people accountable.”

Sixx had noted earlier that his family had encountered two stalkers in recent years. He mentioned that while sentencing for the other stalker had been postponed, it was still impending.

“We are asking for three years in jail,” he wrote. “We are using the legal system to hold bad people accountable. When your daughter and wife get threatened all bets are off.”

In 2020, Sixx and his family relocated to Wyoming, departing from Los Angeles, a city he had considered home since the earliest days of MÖTLEY CRÜE. In a subsequent interview, he remarked that the city was beginning to feel overcrowded.
