Question
New to 4k. Why isn’t apocalypse now readily available? Trying to get the 6 disc set for a us player. Seems to be unavailable.

Same reason that something like Lawrence of Arabia 4k had been like $80-100 on ebay a month ago, and now you can get it for like $28. Supply increased with another run.
Well I got it for $28 last week at least with a 15% discount, now it's up to $33. Still down a lot from a month ago.
Always interesting to see these things shake out, as Apocalypse Now was like $13 on Amazon for a long time.
Literally snagged it as my first purchase not knowing anything about this hobby because it was like 8 bucks on gruv. Sigh. If only I also picked up Chernobyl at like 15 bucks.

Just wait, they may be planning a new release or possibly a steelbook, which is why it’s OOP for now.
That came out awhile ago. They may not still be making it. They don't keep printing these forever.
