The setup and testing is absolutely flawed but to be fair the morons likely to try and daily drive EOL Windows versions are the same people likely to have such a setup.
There was a guy circle jerking for Win7/custom debloated Winbuild claiming theres nothing wrong with EOL software/all security turned off custom builds and security risks are a made up scheme to sell more copies of Windows.
Then (and I shit you not) he goes on an anti AV tirade saying they are paid by MS to tag bootlegged games and programed as viruses and admitted thats why he turned off defender.
The people who create a security nightmare like this DO infact EXIST.
I'm 50/50 on the router firewall though as ports and NAT issues aren't really a modern PC game issue but many console users do disable everything in their router that they "don't need" based on guides so who knows.
If you have an Windows 10 or 11 machine setup the exact same way as in the video it would also likely fare the same way.
