Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for all users of the community centre will be a top priority for the manager. They will also be responsible for managing staff, including recruitment, selection, and daily management. Financial management duties include overseeing budgeting and grant applications. Experience working with or in not-for-profit organisations is desired for the role, along with strong financial management experience.
