Carina’s POV
I am finally off work after a 24 hour shift and of course my wife is still on for another 12. Instead of heading home, I am gonna go visit the station and drop off some food for my wife and the team.
Walking into the station I expect to see someone at the front desk, yet there is no one there. The trucks and aid car seem to be out on a call. They never leave the station unattended, so I decide to drop my bag off in my wife’s office before going to find whoever is working.

I just smirked and walked out the door towards my car.
