The 45s I have came with the old record player I have in a book. The 33s were all purchased second hand except for Bobby Curtola, the record was already in the machine. I bought a copy of it second hand so I could have the sleeve for it. I’m a huge 50s 60s rock n roll/ blues fan which is why I have so many old records. I want Elvis, the beetles, fats domino and Rolling Stones, but I haven’t gotten my hands on a reasonably priced record of them with songs that I actually like yet, but this summer there will be lots of records for sale in garage sales for me to very quickly get a lot more records I like :) so I’ll keep you updated
My personal favourite records out of the ones I have are Dick Clark, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry and Roy Orbison. Favourite specific songs on these are Mean Woman Blues, Whole Lotta Shakin Going On, Roll Over Beethoven, Rock And Roll Music, Great Balls Of Fire. I also liked Black Day In July from the Gordon Lightfoot one.
Roy Orbison, Nat King Cole, Bobby Vinton, Gordon Lightfoot, Joan Baez, Patsy Cline
You got some heavy hitters there.
