It’s John Lennon’s glasses from when he was assassinated I believe. Shown at the end of Bullet the Blue Sky if my memory is correct. The song started with the Charlton Heston video and ended with Lennon’s glasses. But my memory could be messing with me. I did see 2 shows on that tour, so I could be on point.
John Lennon's glasses that he wore the night was murdered. It's the final period at the end of Bullet the Blue Sky, where Bono's.speech/rant was all about Mark David Chapman.
