Paul goes behind the curtain with an interview that will charm Marx Brothers fans in a big way. Joining in the conversation about the legendary comedic brothers and geniuses is Groucho’s Grandson, Andy Marx who is an award-winning photographer, writer and musician in his own right. Not only was Groucho his grandfather, but his other grandfather was the great Gus Kahn who, in the era and tradition of Cole Porter, Irving Berlin and the Gershwins, wrote classics of the American Songbook such as: “It had to be You”, “Makin’ Whoopee” and “Dream a Little Dream.”

Frank Ferrante is known well to Chicago audiences for his spot-on performances as Groucho Marx in two amazing Groucho stage shows (he is also beloved in Chicago having played Caesar, the incomparable emcee of Teatro Zinzanni), and Robert S. Bader is the author of multiple Marx Brothers books including “Four of the Three Musketeers: The Marx Brothers on Stage,” co-author of “Speaking of Harpo, the autobiography of Harpo Marx’s wife Susan Fleming Marx, editor of Groucho Marx and Other Short Stories and Tall Tales, and author of the upcoming biography of Zeppo Marx due out in Fall, 2024. This fun trio interacts here like the Marx Brothers they love…they’re funny, insightful and warm.
