“I'm not going to make my own music until I'm 27 years old. I am going to pay tribute to Amy until the age at which she died and from then on I want to be like the continuity of what she should have been and could not. “That's what I want,” he noted.

“From the age of 27 I am going to start my own career, with my own music in the style of jazz, soul, which is the style that I like, but the songs will be with my own lyrics”, he added.

Lisandra explained that she sings Amy's songs, that she does it for hobby, in his free time.

“I do it in a bar that is now closed for repairs. It is not a popular bar in Havana. It is a place where I feel good and that is where I go to relax and drink,” he indicated without specifying the name of the place.

When asked about her plans, she was willing to accept whatever comes.

“My future projects are to live life and whatever comes. In any case, I am going to continue living, good, bad, I am going to continue living,” he said with a laugh.

He says that the only thing he does differently since he tried to highlight the resemblance is raise his bun, because he assures that he has used the makeup before he even met Amy.

He states that the similarity, in addition to physicality, also extends to personal traits and some life experiences.

“Personally, I am very like her, very spontaneous. I'm natural, I don't pretend to be something I'm not. What you see is what is available", he detailed

She says that she went through a period of depression because of a man, but that she managed to overcome that thanks to the love and support of her family and friends.

“My life is the same as that of all young people in Cuba: day to day. “I do the same thing that everyone does: go out on weekends, get drunk and fall asleep in Prado, on a bench,” she said spontaneously.

She says that she was expelled because she was working without papers at the Escabeche bar and there is nothing more than that. As the place rose to fame and was named, it was discovered that his "support" activity there was not legal.

In another order, he reiterated that his dream is to go to London and visit Amy's grave and learn more about the artist.

“For now that is it. Until I fulfill it I will not have another dream. I don't dream of being famous or of being a superstar. “I dream of paying tribute to her, I dream of the new generation knowing who she was,” he expressed.

He admits that he has a coffee and cigarette addiction and that he likes alcohol. He says that he likes to joke, mortify and swear.

“I'm always saying words I shouldn't say, but hey, that's me. What they see is what there is and whoever doesn't like it doesn't look at me,” he said, laughing.

"Lisandra is natural, Lisandra does not live off what people say, Lisandra cares little about what anyone thinks or does," he concluded.

It was the Cuban filmmaker Daniel Ross Dieguez who discovered Lisandra while working as a waitress at the bar and was so impressed by her resemblance to Amy Winehouse that he even decided to have her make a fleeting appearance in his second fiction feature film, titled “Under the Cortex.”
