I cancelled my Microsoft 365 Family subscription on May 19, 2024 and purchased Microsoft 365 Personal on the same day. Why my new subscription has not been activated up to this writing?

After switching from Microsoft 365 Family to Micrsoft 365 Personal, if you have already paid for your subscription and have been waiting for a while to receive an email, then you just need to be patient and wait for a short while for your subscription to switch over automatically.

If you still don't see your subscription working by the time you see our reply, you need to contact your account department immediately to check the issue as follows.

 

 

 

  • Select Get Help.

  • Select Contact Support:

 

 

 

  • Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office:

  • Under Category, select Manage My Subscription.

  • Go to Confirm.

 

 

  • If you don't see the above page, you are currently logged in to a work or school account and need to contact the corresponding administrator to ask him to help you open the chat.

 

  • Select Chat with a support agent then confirm.
