Research Fellow (Post-Doctoral Researcher): The Department of Sociology at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Researcher to join a dynamic research team led by Dr. Yekaterina Chzhen. The successful candidate will collaborate on the “Longitudinal Educational Achievements: Reducing iNequalities” (LEARN) project, working closely with a team from University College London. This international consortium project, funded under the HORIZON Research and Innovation Actions, offers opportunities for travel and collaboration with consortium members.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Social Policy, or Public Policy.
- Knowledge & Experience: Strong academic background, expertise in social science research methods, proficiency in Stata, and familiarity with educational inequality research.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive teamwork attitude, commitment to professional development, and enthusiasm for research.

- Research: Contribute to interdisciplinary perspectives on educational inequalities, conduct literature reviews, analyze cohort study data, and assess policy interventions.
