Take advantage of the Pentecost weekend to stock up on knowledge with visits, workshops, conferences, one of which is on a boat! Several themes are offered: archeology, street art, oenology… With Museum Night on Saturday May 18, 2024, beautiful night perspectives are also to be expected in Seine-Saint-Denis.

A vineyard with ancient history

Discover the vineyard and cellar of Clos Saint Vincent in Noisy-le-Grand. The Brotherhood will present to you the history of this last witness to the wine-growing history of the city, its different grape varieties and its seasonal work, including the important work of pruning. You will then reach the cellar located in an old renovated 19th century residence where the vintages are produced. The Brotherhood will explain the winemaking process to you.

Fun archeology

The Haute-Île archaeosite in Neuilly-sur- opens its doors this Sunday. Free workshops are offered to children throughout the day, as well as a muscle-themed conference, for young and old.

  • The mini-archaeologists workshop is accessible to children aged 2 and over. Children will be able to learn about archeology on the mini-excavation site. Sunday May 19 at 2:05 p.m., 3:05 p.m. and 4:05 p.m.
  • The “Back to the trash” workshop invites children to step into the shoes of an archaeologist of the future to discover what our waste will become in 100 years, 200 years… and what remains for the longest time. Sunday May 19, slots every hour from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Discover the sporting practices of our ancestors with the conference “Homo Athleticus: archeology and sport” offered by Valérie Delattre, archaeo-anthropologist at Inrap.
