Kevin Cartwright, Director of Communications for the Baltimore Fire Department, has announced his departure.
Cartwright had been a part of the Baltimore City Fire Department for more than a decade when he retired in 2013. He returned to the role several years later.
He called it a “bitter-sweet moment” and said that he will be pursuing other career endeavors.
As of now, there is no word of a new director of communications.
